OUR COMMITMENT
We breed and supply throughout Spain, UK, USA and most parts of the world. All pets purchased through this website are covered by a health guarantee of at least 1 year and 6 months. If you have questions about what is covered, within ten days of purchasing your new pet, you must take it to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If the veterinarian determines, within ten days of purchase, that your monkey or exotic kitten is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or an illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, he has the following options
– Return the monkey/kitten for a full refund
– Return the monkey/kitten for a replacement monkey/kitten of equal value
– Keep the monkey/kitten and be reimbursed for reasonable veterinary fees, not to exceed the purchase price
These options do not apply when a seller, who has provided a certificate of health issued by a veterinarian, discloses in writing at the time of sale the health problem for which the buyer seeks to return the monkey.
You must notify the seller of the name, address, and phone number of the examining veterinarian within two days of the veterinarian’s certification of your kitten’s or monkey’s illness. If seller is not notified within two business days, rights will be forfeited. Our monkeys and exotic kittens are provided with carefully balanced diets designed to support healthy growth, energy, and overall wellness. In the wild, monkeys naturally consume a variety of fruits, vegetables, insects, nuts, and plant materials, so maintaining a diverse and nutritious diet in a home environment is very important.
Our feeding program includes high-quality, nutrient-rich foods made with carefully selected ingredients such as fresh fruits, vegetables, proteins, and other essential nutrients. We also encourage enrichment-based feeding activities that promote natural curiosity, mental stimulation, and healthy behavior.
Fresh food and clean water should always be available, and pets thrive best when fed on a consistent daily schedule. A varied diet and engaging feeding routines help encourage healthy development and maintain your pet’s interest and activity levels.
Health & Wellness Commitment
The health and well-being of our animals are one of our highest priorities. We work hard to ensure that every monkey and exotic kitten receives proper care, socialization, and routine health monitoring before joining their new home.
When applicable, certain animals may come with a health warranty covering specific hereditary or genetic conditions, as outlined in our agreement. Veterinary documentation may be required for any warranty-related claims. This warranty does not include routine veterinary care, accidental injuries, or health concerns resulting from improper care or negligence after placement.
We encourage all new owners to establish a relationship with a qualified exotic animal veterinarian to ensure continued long-term health and wellness for their new companion.
